West Cape May’s Sixth Avenue Goats
21 Aug
Surely you’ve seen them – the goats that seem so out of place in their fenced in playpen on Sixth Avenue in West Cape May? Bicyclists cycle past and they jump atop their goat house. Dogs run by and they shake in place, terrified, before looking for a place to hide. It seems and odd use of space, just those goats and a small trailer sitting atop a piece of land that grows in value every time another house goes up in West Cape May (and that’s pretty frequently). If you haven’t seen these mysterious creatures, enjoy the photos below.
I heard that owners are Coleman’s , the family that always lived in CM, and the reason they have goats and nothing else is they like goat. That simple.
Thanks for the info, Mike. We’ve always wondered.
