Kiddy O’ke at Congress Hall

August 9, 2012: Kiddy O’ke in The Boiler Room at Congress Hall

You can lead a kid to karaoke, but can you make him sing? It’s pretty likely, if you bring your little Pavarotti to Terry O’Brien’s Kiddy O’ke, a sing-along for the shorter set at the Congress Hall’s Boiler Room on Thursday nights from 6-8pm. Even kids who can’t be persuaded to sing can enjoy the song stylings of their contemporaries on the flat screen TV’s, and everyone can get a bite to eat. (And there’s grown-up karaoke to follow, if you’re feeling inspired.)

Hey man! Thanks for the shout-out. I have now officially heard “Call Me Maybe” more than Carly Rea Jepsen.

Oh, and for your readers, Kiddy O’kek happens Thursdays @ 6pm and Sundays @ 7pm til 9/2.

Thursday is followed by a grown-ups show… which is just like the kid’s show, only taller.
